Home Savings Opens Mortgage Loan Office in Cincinnati
CINCINNATI – Home Savings Bank is opening a mortgage loan office in Cincinnati to be staffed by four professionals led by sales manager Diane Hance who recently joined the company.
“As part of the Home Savings team, these four mortgage professionals — Diane Hance, Scott Baker, Chris Johnsen and Gail Tucker — will offer local clients competitive rates, robust mortgage product solutions and a lending staff that lives in the area and is very familiar with the unique needs of the region,” said Tad Kuhn, regional sales manager, Home Savings Bank.
Hance brings nearly 15 years of banking and lending experience, and was most recently employed as the Cincinnati market manager for a regional bank headquartered in Pittsburgh.
Baker brings with him 20 years of lending experience. His specialties include construction, physicians and lot Loans. He was most recently employed as a certified construction specialist for Citizens Bank.
Johnsen brings 17 years of lending experience to the team. Before joining Home Savings, he served as a senior loan officer at a retail bank headquartered in Providence, R.I.
Tucker brings 25 years of lending experience. Her specialties include conventional, government, construction loans, as well as down payment assistance programs. She joins Home Savings from a national retail bank.
Home Savings has assets of approximately $2.6 billion, operates 35 banking offices, 13 loan production offices, and three wealth offices throughout Ohio, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
