How COVID-19 Has Changed Banking
In part one of our Thoughts Leaders interview with Kevin Helmick, president and CEO of Farmers National Bank, he discusses how COVID-19 has led to changes in banking, and why he’s leading this year’s Rise United Campaign.
“I think it’s a challenging year for all of us, but seeing how The United Way steps up and does so much for our community and at a tremendous time of need, I thought it was the perfect year,” Helmick says.
Helmick goes on to explain new technology featured at the Canfield branch located at 4538 Boardman-Canfield Road. It includes video tellers, who virtually help customers with their banking needs via interactive teller machines.
