How to Get Your Home Ready for the Fall Buying Season
The Canfield Fair has come and gone, which means fall is nearly upon us. For anyone trying to sell a home before winter hits, Chad Cromer of NextHome Go30 Realty has some advice for getting a home ready for the fall buying season … not the least of which is to always heed the advice of real estate agents.
“That’s always the case,” Cromer says. “Normally, we go in and we do a little bit of prep. We go in an do a consultation. Let’s maybe remove some carpet, expose those hardwood floors.”
In this installment of Your NextHome, Cromer shares some industry tips and insights with Tana Savo, sales marketing analyst with The Business Journal.
