HRG Promotes Fox to Head Practice Group
Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc., a design firm that provides civil engineering, surveying and environmental services, has promoted Josh Fox to practice area leader in its water and wastewater group. His new duties include translating technical and regulatory trends into a coherent strategy for meeting the needs of public and private sector utilities. Fox is a licensed professional engineer with 12 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater systems. He holds a MBA from Norwich University and a B.S. in civil engineering technology from the the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is also an infantry captain in the Pennsylvania National Guard. HRG employs more than 200 at its offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
