Huntington Bank Recognized for Customer Service
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Huntington National Bank ranks No. 1 in customer satisfaction in the North Central Region and in Pennsylvania, according to the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.
The 2023 study considered factors such as trust, account offerings and convenience. The rankings are determined based on responses from more than 100,000 retail-banking customers of the largest banks in the U.S. regarding their experiences from January 2022 through January 2023.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the hard work of Huntington colleagues and their unwavering commitment to providing excellent service to our customers,” said Jon Greenwood, director of branch banking.
This is the first time Huntington was recognized as No. 1 for customer service in Pennsylvania and the seventh time in the North Central region, which includes Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia.
Huntington’s mobile app also was ranked first among regional banks in 2022 for the fourth year in a row in the J.D. Power rankings.
