COLUMBUS, Ohio – The board of directors of Huntington Bancshares Inc. on Wednesday declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company’s 5.70% Series I Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock of $356.25 per share, the equivalent to $0.35625 per depositary share.
The dividend will be payable March 1, 2024, to shareholders of record on Feb. 15.
The stock trades on Nasdaq under HBANM.
