YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Tim Petrey, managing partner at HD Davis CPAs says money isn’t everything when it comes to keeping employees happy, although it is a big factor.
Petrey gives an example of how flexibility has been implemented at HD Davis CPAs to help employees tackle life and work.
“You’ve got to make that big investment into your systems; into your infrastructure to be able to support people to be able to work, spread out and work in this new environment because that’s what people will continue to demand,” Petrey says.
