Innis Maggiore Names New Chief Operating Officer

CANTON, Ohio – Innis Maggiore Group has named Mark Vandegrift its new chief operating officer.

In the newly created position, Vandegrift is responsible for Innis Maggiore’s day-to-day operations, the advertising agency said. Vandegrift has worked at the company since 1998 and been a principal since 2005. Most recently, he led Innis Maggiore’s web and digital marketing team.

“Mark is a true positionist and has been instrumental in delivering traditional and digital marketing services to elevate awareness for our clients,” President and CEO Dick Maggiore said in a release. “Now he is expanding his role to enhance our agency’s capabilities even further.”

The company also named Jamie Smart as director of client services and David Collins as director of web.

Smart joined the agency last year as a project director and worked to improve the company’s workflow and collaboration between departments. Collins began working for Innis Maggiore in 2014 and most recently worked as a web developer.

“Our growth depends on our steadfast commitment to the practice of positioning. Channeling the skills of our talented associates to serve our clients is their most important role,” Maggiore said. “In their respective areas, Jamie and Dave bring experience, knowledge and instincts that are well suited to excel in service to our clients.”
