Innovation Exhibits Purchases New Printer

BOARDMAN – Innovation Exhibits purchased a new grand format printer in 2022. It allows for seamless graphics up to 10 feet and is capable of printing on more surfaces, including clear, fabric and mesh materials. The new printer also increased capacity. Materials that come off it can be immediately applied to a surface, according to Alexis Santangelo, account manager.

The company reported sales just shy of its prepandemic goal last year, she reports. Trade shows and live events comprise the bulk of sales and both segments made a strong recovery.

The company added two employees last year, bringing the staff to 12.

Innovation Exhibits became certified in 3M vehicle wraps in 2022. This certification is the industry standard for high-performance films, Santangelo says.

Looking forward, Innovation Exhibits intends to acquire other certifications, including in architectural films that resist scratches and fading on automobiles, and protective window films that block ultraviolet rays from damaging carpet and upholstery.
