Inspiring Minds’ Annual Fundraising Gala Set for Late April

WARREN, Ohio – More than 700 business and community members will gather to celebrate Inspiring Minds’ mission in the Mahoning Valley at the organization’s 17th annual fundraising gala on April 29.

The event, which will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. at 837 Woodland St. NE, will feature inspiring student and graduate stories, raffles, auctions and more. It also will feature low country cuisine inspired by the Gullah Geechee culture.

Inspiring Minds of Warren provides both summer and after-school enrichment programs for children in grades three through 12, exposing them to new experiences through field trips, health and wellness, career exploration, the arts and recreation. Students receive tutoring, are mentored toward graduating high school and visit both colleges and employers.
