Inspiring Minds Celebrates 15 Years at Fundraising Gala Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Inspiring Minds will host its annual Fundraising Gala at the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre on Thursday.

The event, which runs from 6 to 8 p.m., will bring together students and supporters of the local chapters in Warren and Youngstown to celebrate the organization’s 15th year.

This year’s event will not feature a formal stage program and attendees are welcomed anytime during the gala.

Over the past 15 years, Inspiring Minds has provided after-school and summer enrichment programs to thousands of students, with more than 500 enrolled annually in the local chapters.

It has expanded to include six chapters across four states. Students have gone on trips to more than 90 colleges, 80 companies and 75 cities nationwide. All students who participate in the program continue their education in college or with the armed forces.
