“The number one problem that iSynergy helped us overcome was getting us noticed,” says Newman. “The new website has made my life a lot easier when it comes to getting in contact with people and hearing their feedback.”
The team at iSynergy used additional channels like Pinterest and Google Ads to overcome the challenge of getting the brand new website noticed and attract customers. Jessica Ashcroft, digital marketer at iSynergy says that these efforts alone resulted in 30,000 visitor sessions per month and 200 combined leads, sales and calls.
Another challenge iSynergy faced was building an e-commerce solution that could scale quickly and easily as Factory Direct Siding’s reach grew from a regional audience to a national audience.
