The merger took place earlier this year but was not formally announced until this month. Terms were not disclosed.

“We are thrilled about working with Jim [Marsh] and his team,” Bodine said in a prepared statement. “It proves to us that we are up and coming in the accounting industry. I’m looking forward to what we can all accomplish together with the combined expertise of our talented staffs.”

“Matt and the entire Bodine Perry team have been very welcoming,” said Marsh. “We are looking forward to working with them and being able to assist clients even further.”
