Jamestown Village Plaza in Warren Sold for $6.3M
WARREN, Ohio – The Jamestown Village Plaza, which houses a Giant Eagle supermarket as its anchor tenant, has been sold to an investment group for $6.3 million, according to documents filed with the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.
The auditor’s filing shows that FI Real Estate Fund 2 Jamestown Village Plaza LLC purchased the shopping plaza at 2662 Mahoning Ave. and an accompanying 10.5 acres May 1.
The previous owners are listed as Jamestown Village Plaza LLC.
FI Real Estate Fund, managed by Capital Management LLC, gives a Cornelius, N.C., location as its taxpayer address.
The plaza was first constructed in 1973 and was remodeled in 1979. The auditor’s office lists the building and land’s appraisal value for 2023 at $3.18 million.
