JaneCo’s Sensible Solutions Connects Workers with Jobs

WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. – JaneCo’s Sensible Solutions’ new normal is evolving “with a continued need in the workplace, at home and even socially for people to effectively connect,” says Jane Roqueplot, owner and certified professional behavioral analyst.

Roqueplot founded JaneCo’s in 1995. The company provides career advancement and development services. Jobs are available and job seekers are more selective and want to work remotely, she says.

“Understanding the costs and time involved with replacing departed workers and hiring and training replacements, leaders want to keep the people they have,” Roqueplot says. “Organizations can proactively address many issues that can cause a worker to look elsewhere.”
