Jay Goyal Joins OMA Board of Directors

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association has announced that Jay Goyal, president of Goyal Industries, has joined the association’s board of directors.

“Jay’s unique background as both a manufacturer and former state [legislator] is a strong addition to our board,” says Ryan Augsburger, OMA president. “We are thrilled to have his expertise and guidance in pursuing Ohio’s manufacturing competitiveness.”

Goyal served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 2007 to 2013, representing Ohio’s 73rd District. He received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Northwestern University. Goyal also graduated from the joint MPP and MBA program between the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School in May 2015.

Goyal Industries Inc. was founded in 1988 to manufacture intricate, close-tolerance fabrications for various industries.
