JFS Wealth Advisors Expands with Acquisition of Integer Wealth
HERMITAGE, Pa. – JFS Wealth Advisors, an independent wealth management firm with offices across Pennsylvania and in Naples, Fla., is merging with Integer Wealth Advisors Group. The move will expand the firm’s East Coast footprint.
Integer, which has offices in greater Philadelphia and Atlanta, will become part of JFS, effective July 1. Founded in 2005 by Tom Foglia and Sam Paglioni, Integer offers financial planning, investment advisory, and tax preparation services to high-net worth individuals and families.
Integer’s decision to join JFS was driven by its founders’ desire for a viable succession plan and identifying the right cultural fit to expand its client service capabilities.

JFS will grow to 75 employees with the merger and expand its footprint and capabilities in the Philadelphia region and in the Southeast. Integer adds $310 million in assets under management to JFS, which currently has approximately $3 billion in assets under management.

JFS Wealth Advisors LLC is an independently managed fee-based financial advisory firm headquartered in Hermitage. The firm’s services include investment management, financial planning, tax planning, insurance review, and estate and legacy planning, among others.
