Judas Priest Will Return to Covelli Centre

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Metal legends Judas Priest will return to the Covelli Centre on Saturday, April 27, with opening act Sabaton. The concert will start at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets range from $129.50 to $49.50 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, at the Covelli box office and ticketmaster.com.

An online-only presale will take place Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; use the password: PAINKILLER.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band last played Covelli Centre in 2018.

On Friday, Nov. 17, the band will release “Trial by Fire,” the second song for their upcoming album, “Invincible Shield,” due in March.

“Invincible Shield” will be the band’s 19th studio album.

Judas Priest started in Birmingham, England, in 1969 and has spent more than half a century cementing its status in metal music. The band is best known for its classic albums “British Steel,” “Screaming for Vengeance” and “Defenders of the Faith.”
