Justin Jennings on Five-Year Forecast for YCSD

Justin Jennings, CEO of the Youngstown City School District outlines his five-year forecast for the district.

“When the newspaper or other people run with ‘Oh, you’re going to be in a seven million dollar deficit.’ That’s totally not true,” says Jennings.

“I think I’ve proven to be fiscally responsible enough to know that if we get to a point where the deficit is going to be that high, we’re going to make adjustments way before we get there.”
