Kelly Warren Opens New Trumbull County Office
HOWLAND, Ohio – Kelly Warren & Associates opened its second office on Thursday as it marked the company’s third anniversary.
“We’ve always sold houses in Trumbull County, but this gives our clients an extra place to stop in, drop off contracts if they need,” said co-owner and broker Kelly Warren at the office’s ribbon cutting. “And it’s an extra space for our agents to work out of so that we can continue to grow and expand.”
The new office is at 1055 Niles-Cortland Road SE in Howland, just off the intersection of state Routes 46 and 82.
Right now, the company employs about 30 real estate agents, though the new office will allow for Warren & Associates to hire more. Warren said she’s aiming to add 15 to 20. For those interested, licenses aren’t required and the firm will provide training.
The Mahoning Valley real estate market is “wonderful” right now, Warren said, and as good as any of her 20 years in as an agent.
“Last year in 2020, we helped just under 450 families and this year we’re hoping to be closer to 600,” she said.
The next step for Kelly Warren & Associates is an office in Columbiana County, which she hopes to open within three years. The firm is also examining the growth of its footprint across the state border and into Pennsylvania.
