Kent Trumbull to Offer Volunteer, Health, Job Fairs
WARREN, Ohio — Kent State University at Trumbull will offer a trio of events during Fair Week.
The three events, which will take place April 21-23 in the Classroom Building on the Kent Trumbull campus, will focus on volunteerism, health, and employment for students, faculty, staff and the general public. All three events are free to attend.
The events and times follow:
- Spring Volunteer Fair, 1-3 p.m., April 21. The event will provide an opportunity for individuals to connect with local non-profits agencies to learn about volunteer and internship opportunities available throughout the community.
- Campus & Community Health Fair, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., April 22. Hosted by Kent Trumbull nursing students, the event will feature a variety of vendors with health-care information and screening services, as well as a blood drive through the American Red Cross. - Community Job Fair, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., April 23. Representatives from regional business, industry and Kent State will be on hand with information about various jobs and academic opportunities. Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes and interview attire is recommended. Participants will also be able to take part in mock interviews and have resumes critiqued.
