Kiko’s Blocher Appointed to Ohio Auctioneers Commission

Theresa Blocher, a full-time real estate broker and auctioneer with the Kiko Company in Canton, has been appointed by Gov. John R. Kasich to the Ohio Auctioneers Commission. Her term began Feb. 26 and ends Oct. 9. The commission oversees the requirements and standards for courses of study in auctioneering and administers the oral auctioneer licensing examination. Blocher is part of the third-generation of the Kiko family to operate the company. She earned a degree in business from The Ohio State University and has served on the board of the Ohio Auctioneers Association. She is also active in the Stark County Association of Realtors as well as the Minerva and Canton Chambers of Commerce.
