Klacik Reports $19.7 Million in Sales for 2015
POLAND, Ohio – Klacik Real Estate reported Wednesday that it completed 134 transactions that totaled $19.7 million in 2015.
Broker Michael D. Klacik attributed the sales figures to increased name recognition, which he said resulted from more advertising combined with the experience of the 16 agents at the firm. The agents average 18 years of experience.
Also benefiting the real estate firm are two in-house brokers at its office on West McKinley Way, he added, something many firms don’t provide.
