Koch Joins Boardman Office of Berkshire/Northwood

Chuck Koch is joining the Boardman office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwood Realty Services. Kock was recently named the “rookie of the year” by the Portage County Association of Realtors and was its top agent during the month of January. Koch has been in the housing and construction industry his entire career, working as a carpenter, construction superintendent and then expanding his expertise to include home design, remodeling and real estate investing. “Chuck brings to our office a wealth of industry knowledge,” says Andrea Lupton, manager of the Boardman office. He resides in the Mahoning Valley with his wife of 35 years, is an active member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary men’s golf league and an avid fisherman.
