Kravitz Deli Reopening, Expanding Menu After Grill Fire
LIBERTY, Ohio – Kravitz Deli is set to open its doors to customers today after a grill fire in November.
The damage to the grill’s hood system was minimal, but the closure allowed for some long-planned improvements at the deli at 3135 Belmont Ave., owner Matt Rydarowicz said. In addition to a fresh coat of paint, the dishwashing station was refurbished and a large hood, flat-top grill and fryer was installed. The new equipment will usher in new menu items, including french fries.
Rydarowicz said he looks forward to seeing regular and new customers filling the seats again.
“It hasn’t felt the same without the daily customers,” Rydarowicz said. “We have everybody’s favorites ready for folks to enjoy in a freshened space.”
The deli is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
