La Z Boy Furniture Building Sold for $3.5M
BOARDMAN, Ohio – The La Z Boy Home Furnishings & Décor building at 770 Boardman-Poland Road has been sold to a local entity for $3.5 million.
Records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office show that GRRR LLC, which gives an address of 5534 Muirfield Drive, Canfield, purchased the building March 26 from Mardale Properties LLC. The address lists Rajiv and Reema Teneja as the property’s owners.
According to auditor’s data, the La Z Boy building and land is appraised at $1.95 million for tax purposes. La Z Boy continues to operate its store at the location.
The building was constructed in 1996 and remodeled in 2002, according to records. The site consists of the retail stores offices, showroom and storage warehouse.
