LaCivita Joins One Health Ohio as Nurse Practitioner
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — One Health Ohio this month welcomed
Brandy LaCivita, a family nurse practitioner, to its team of health care
professionals.
LaVicita is accepting new patients of all ages at the Warren West
Community Health in Warren and pediatric patients at Premier Care Pediatrics in Cortland.
She completed her B.S. in nursing from Mercy College in
2016 and obtained her M.S in nursing from Chamberlain University.
One Health Ohio operates health centers in Youngstown, Warren, Newton Falls, Cortland and Alliance, as well as medication-assisted treatment and counseling services through Rise Recovery in Youngstown and Warren.
