Lemon Grove Presents Gala Featuring Maple Turner III
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Lemon Grove LLC will host an art gala “Maple Turner III: The Gilded Age” at 6 p.m. June 3 in the historic Knox Building, 110 W. Federal St.
A string quartet led by Youngstown Symphony bassist Jeff Bremer will play at the gala, featuring Youngstown born artist Maple Turner III, with the theme concentrating on “The Gilded Age.”
The gala will have hors devours, drinks, fresh flowers and a chocolate table.
Art proceeds and ticket sales will benefit the Northwoods Golf Academy program Ebony Ladies & Youth Foundation.
Since acquiring the Knox Building in 2012, Lemon Grove has been improving the historic structure with the Federal Kitchen & Bar on the first floor.
