Belmont Avenue Quality Inn Sells for $1.5M
LIBERTY, Ohio – The Quality Inn & Suites North just off Interstate 80 in Liberty has sold for $1.5 million.
Youngstown Hotel LLC purchased the 2.63-acre property, 4055 Belmont Ave., from Bhavya Sree LLC, which acquired the property in May 2014 for $1.64 million. The Trumbull County Auditor appraised the property at $1,567,200, according to public records.
Youngstown Hotel was formed Dec. 18, according to the Ohio Secretary of State’s office, by Bhavik Shah. A Google search returns no results for the company.
The hotel has 146 rooms and offers a fitness center, meeting rooms and an indoor pool. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant, currently Señor Jalapeño.
The hotel was built in 1973 and remodeled in 2003, according to the auditor’s office, shortly after Perrysburg Inc. acquired the property for $1.4 million. County records list four expansions to the building – 845 square feet, two of 394 square feet and 1,060 square feet – but does not list when the additions were made.
