Liberty Township Hampton Inn Sold for $4M
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Hampton Inn at 4400 Belmont Ave. in Liberty Township has sold for $4 million, according to records from the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.
Records show Jay Astha LLC, based in Richburg, S.C., purchased the property from Youngstown Hospitality LLC on Jan. 27. Youngstown Hospitality purchased the hotel in 2017 for $3.7 million from Gamete Inc.
The hotel, built in 1997, sits on 3.4 acres and is appraised at $2.8 million by the county auditor for tax purposes.
