Lordstown Motors to Release 2021 Financials Feb. 28

LORDSTOWN, Ohio — Lordstown Motors Corp. announced Tuesday that it would release its fourth quarter and full year 2021 financial results before the market opens on February 28, 2022. The company will then host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. eastern time.

The call can be accessed via a live webcast accessible on the events page of Lordstown Motors’ investor relations website at Investor.lordstownmotors.com. An archive of the webcast will be available shortly after the call.

Lordstown Motors also announced that it plans to hold its 2022 annual meeting of stockholders on May 19, 2022. All stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 21, 2022 will be entitled to vote and attend the 2022 annual meeting. 

Lordstown Motors is an electric vehicle manufacturer, with the Endurance all-electric pick-up truck as its first vehicle being launched in its Lordstown assembly plant. The company has engineering, research and development facilities in Farmington Hills, Mich. and Irvine, Calif.
