Mahoning Avenue Plaza Sells for $1M
AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – An Austintown plaza has changed hands, selling for $1 million to Falcon Commons LLC.
Falcon Commons LLC filed an article of organization with the state of Ohio on March 28 through attorney Douglas Solomon of Pepper Pike, who was named statutory agent.
With six retail spaces, the plaza at 4774 Mahoning Ave. is 8,446 square feet and sits on 0.85 acres. It currently is home to Little Caesars, Cricket Wireless and Subway.
The plaza sits at the intersection of Mahoning and Evans Avenues. Prior to the April 9 transaction, it had been owned by G K Briarwood LLC, which purchased it in April 2011 for $1.5 million.
Tax records show the plaza was platted and built in 2003.
