Marchionda Joins Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group announced this week the addition of Dominic C. Marchionda to its team of commercial real estate ambassadors. 

Marchionda brings a dynamic pedigree of expertise in Mahoning Valley real estate to Burgan Friedkin’s rapidly expanding team, says Lisa Resnick, managing broker. 

“In real estate, the names of Burgan and Friedkin are two staples in the industry for over 40 years,” she continued. “To add Dominic C. Marchionda elevates our team and knowledge for our clients above everyone else.”

Marchionda’s passion for real estate is rooted in his grandfather and father’s building, property management, and development expertise and their history of success over the last 40 years.  He first obtained his real estate license in 2018.  

Marchionda holds dual master’s degrees from The Ohio State University in city and regional planning and public affairs, as well as a B.A. in political science from John Carroll University.  He currently leads External Affairs and Strategic Initiatives for Youngstown State University’s Division of Workforce Innovation and Education.
