Marshalls to Join Tiffany Square Tenant Mix
BOARDMAN, Ohio – The Marshalls Inc. department store chain will open a new store at Tiffany Square. A fall opening is planned for the store, Kutlick Realty LLC announced Tuesday.
Marshalls, owned by TJX Companies, will occupy more than 20,000 square feet of the shopping center, where Hobby Lobby moved earlier this year. The off-price retailer, which has more than 900 locations, offers clothes, shoes, home goods and accessories.
The department store chain also has locations in Kent and in Monaca, Pa. TJX also owns TJMaxx, which has stores in Boardman and Niles.
Tiffany Square, where Fin Feather Fur opened last year, is undergoing a complete redevelopment including a new façade, landscaping and lighting. McDonalds and Chick-fil-A restaurants are building new stores on outparcels at the strip plaza.
