Maryland Company Buys Austintown Plaza Building for $3.45M
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A Hagerstown, Md. company purchased the building now anchored by JCPenney at the Austintown Plaza in Austintown for $3.45 million.
Documents filed with the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office show the building, at the eastern edge of the property visible from Mahoning Avenue, was purchased by Washco Austintown LLC, 1741 Dual Highway, Hagerstown. The seller was Austintown Plaza Ltd.
Washco Management, which has the same address, leases commercial and residential properties in Maryland – primarily in Hagerstown and Pennsylvania, according to the company’s website.
Buffalo Wild Wings is also a tenant of the building.
Representatives of Cosmopolitan Realty Inc., the listing agent according to Loopnet, and Washco did not respond to requests for comment.
