Mathews Joins Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate is welcoming Michael Mathews to its real estate brokerage. He received his Ohio real estate license in 2023.

Mathews is a lifelong resident of Trumbull County and is a 1987 graduate of Lakeview High School. He graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and earned a master’s degree in public administration from Cleveland State University.

For 13 years, Michael worked for the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. He went on to open a home-care business that he and a business partner operated for many years. After recently retiring, Michael decided to pursue a career in real estate.

He enjoys traveling, live music, collecting vinyl records and spending time with his family and friends. Michael has built his life around public service and is eager to put his local knowledge and skills to work in his real estate career.
