Mayfield Village Company Buys Youngstown Warehouse for $1.4M

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A 21,000-square-foot building on Ameritech Boulevard in the Salt Springs Industrial Park sold for $1.4 million July 6.

Documents filed with Mahoning County show Trek Star Inc. sold the one-story warehouse building, which was constructed in 1999, to 1208 Ameritech Blvd. LLC in Mayfield Village.

The limited liability company shares an address with Mars Electric, a third-generation, family-owned, full-service distributor of electrical supplies, according to its website. The company has 12 locations in the greater Cleveland area, including in Chardon, Aurora and Akron, and serves the residential, commercial, industrial and institutional markets.    

According to Platz Realty Group in Canfield, which handled the sale, the building was listed and sold in 75 days.
