MCCTC Helps Students Prepare for Future of Energy

CANFIELD, Ohio – The Mahoning County Career and Technical Center held a ribbon-cutting Friday to celebrate a new energy and technology workforce training center.

The facility is designed to prepare students and adults for present and future job opportunities.

“We had 39 applicants for 25 spots in our electricity program,” said John Zehentbauer, superintendent at MCCTC. “We thought what a great deal to tie that in with the EV programming.”
