McDonough Museum Grows With Collaborations
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — This excerpt is from this week’s Tuesday Sit-Down interview with Dr. Phyllis Paul, dean of Youngstown State University’s Cliffe College of Creative Arts.
Dean Paul discusses the importance of the McDonough Museum of Art to YSU, the Cliffe College and the community. One of the factors in the museum’s growth in recent years, Paul says, is the museum’s director, Claudia Berlinkski, who has brought forth several collaborations.
“They remain firmly committed to their original mission,” Paul says. “It just really started to take on a life of its own, as it should.”
