Medical Buildings Sell in Campbell and Poland
POLAND, Ohio – Two medical office buildings have been sold – one in Poland for $1.2 million and one in Campbell for $988,000 – in separate deals.
In Campbell, the buildings at 819 and 821 McCartney Road were purchased for $988,000 by SCSW Realty Co. The company lists Ed Muransky, chairman of The Muransky Companies, as its registrant and the address is listed as 7629 Market St., the same as Southwoods Express Care on the Southwoods’ Boardman campus.
The buildings, constructed in 2002, are home to Circle Rehab Physical Therapy and Lincoln Knolls Pharmacy.
Not far away, Southwoods operates an Express Care clinic in the Campbell Community Literacy Workforce and Cultural Center.
In February 2020, SCSW purchased Fairfield Commons in Columbiana – home to 14 offices, most of which are medical practices – for $1.24 million.
The Poland Medical Building, 263 W. McKinley Way, was purchased by Sarac Ltd., which operates as Sarco Property Management Group. Based in Boardman, the company’s other sites include apartments in Boardman, Struthers and Poland.
The three-story building is currently home to several medical offices, including HealthSource of Poland and dentist Dr. P. Brian Smaldino. According to its listing on LoopNet, its net operating income is $154,000. It was previously owned by Suman. K. Mishr, who owned it since the parcel was created in 2001.
