Seminar Looks at Medical Marijuana in Workplace
BOARDMAN, Ohio – On Demand Drug Testing & Work Solutions is hosting a “Medical Marijuana in the Workplace” seminar June 29.
The seminar will be held at the Holiday Inn Boardman Conference Center and brunch will be provided.
Employers are invited to learn how to get medical marijuana policies in place that will affect their business operations.
Information regarding Ohio’s Medical Marijuana Law and legal considerations for employers, drug testing policy and workplace testing will be covered in the seminar.
A panel discussion and open question and answer portion of the seminar will take place with industry professionals. Among them are Ruth Bowdish, addiction specialist; attorney Jonathan Downes; Matthew Mueller, medical review officer; Daniel Tickerhoof, consultant with the Ohio Department of Transportation; and Christine Williams, Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
