Medical Mobile Alerts Opens in New Castle
NEW CASTLE, Pa. – Medical Mobile Alerts announced this week that it gas opened its doors here and is providing service in 30 states, with a focus on western Pennsylvania and northeastern Ohio.
The company provides medical monitoring products – from fall-detection buttons to medical alert smartwatches – that connect people with call centers in the event of an emergency.
The devices are equipped with 4G technology, allowing dispatchers to contact clients where they are, regardless of if the person has a phone on them.
“After the COVID-19 pandemic, many families have struggled with placing loved ones in nursing homes,” said President Michael Angiolelli in a statement. “Medical Mobile Alerts is proud to offer services to the local community to help the elderly residents of the community age in place.”
In addition to selling the products, Medical Mobile Alerts also operates a pair of fully-staffed call centers in Utah and Idaho. All products are made in the U.S.
Medical Mobile Alerts provides service to customers in Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
