Meijer Offers Coupons for Getting Vaccinated
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Meijer will give a $10 coupon toward any purchase when a customer completes the vaccination process at one of its stores, including its new Boardman store at the corner of Tippecanoe Road and U.S. Route 224.
In addition, the retailer will give a separate coupon for $10 off a purchase of $50 or more who were vaccinated with any other provider.
Those taking advantage of this offer will receive the $10 coupon upon receiving their final vaccine dose at a Meijer store. Customers who already received their vaccine need to visit the Meijer pharmacy with their completed vaccination card to receive their coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase.
All eligible individuals, including those ages 12 to 17 with a parent or guardian, are encouraged to get their vaccine at their local Meijer pharmacy.
While limited vaccines will be available on a walk-up basis at all Meijer stores, people interested in getting the vaccine can still register to get an appointment by simply texting COVID to the number 75049. Individuals can also go to Clinic.meijer.com to register.
“We encourage everyone who is able to receive the vaccine to take this important step and get vaccinated,” Meijer President and CEO Rick Keyes said in a statement.
