Mobile Home Park Sells for $1.15M
BOARDMAN, Ohio – Martin’s Mobile Home Park at 4055 South Ave. was sold Monday for $1.15 million to a limited liability corporation based in San Jose, Calif.
The new owner is Boardman Manor LLC, which lists a post office box in San Jose as its mailing address.
Akron-based DB Martin Park LLC purchased the trailer park in 2011 for $1 million from Martin MHP Ltd., which paid $1.275 million to buy it in 1999.
According to the real estate listing, the trailer park contains 135 mobile home units. Average occupancy is 51%. Housing units are for sale or lease; lots are leased, the listing noted.
The trailer park was established in 1942.
