ModWash Purchases Vacant Property in Boardman for $1M

BOARDMAN, Ohio – Another ModWash is coming to the Mahoning Valley.

Records from the Mahoning County Auditor website show Hutton Boardman Poland OH ST LLC purchased vacant property at 1500 Boardman-Canfield Road on Dec. 9 for $1 million.

The property near the new Meijer store was sold by Carnegie Management and Development Corp., which purchased it in June 2019 for $2.4 million.

ModWash, which is owned by Hutton, a commercial real estate, development and investment company based in Tennessee, has 12 locations in Ohio, including five in the Valley: 5420 Mahoning Ave., Austintown; 750 Boardman-Poland Road, Boardman; 3850 Belmont Ave., Liberty; 2505 Niles-Cortland Road SE, Warren; and 2674 E. State St., Salem.
