Moliterno to Address Building Leadership Internally at National Conference
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Larry Moliterno, president and CEO of Meridian HealthCare, has been invited by the National Council for Behavioral Health to present at its annual conference, NatCon21.
The conference provides the opportunity for professionals across the continuum of health care to meet and discuss pressing issues within the industry of behavioral health care. Moliterno’s presentation will be accessible to over 6,000 attendees, most of whom hold executive positions. NatCon21 will be held virtually May 3-5.
Moliterno will showcase his work through an interactive platform known as iPosterSessions, which provides an accessible and engaging experience for the viewers. His presentation will focus on how to build a stronger, more cohesive workforce by building leaders from within your organization. He will also examine how different cultures, a multigenerational workforce, personnel issues, employee retention and the integration of criminal justice and behavioral health care impact an organization’s ability to identify and prepare future leaders.
“Cultivating passionate leaders among our staff is what we strive for internally at Meridian. So it is my pleasure to present more information on this topic to the conference attendees,” says Moliterno.
