Muransky Entity Buys Columbiana Medical Office for $1.24M
COLUMBIANA, Ohio – A realty group registered to Ed Muransky has purchased a medical office building in Columbiana for $1.24 million.
Fairfield Commons, 225 E. State Route 14, holds offices for TuDor Physical Therapy, All Points Physical Medicine, Dr. Frank Wanat’s dentistry practice and New York Life.
The property was purchased by SCSW Realty Group LLC, which lists Muranksy, chairman of The Muransky Companies, as its registrant. The limited liability corporation’s address is listed as 7629 Market St. in Boardman, the same building that houses Southwoods Express Care on the company’s health care campus.
In October, SCSW purchased 822 E. Western Reserve Road – home to another All Points office – for $580,000.
SCSW purchased the site from JJLRD Associates LLC, whose registered agent is Ulmer & Berne LP in Cleveland.
JJLRD purchased the site in 2004 for $137,000, according to the Columbiana County Auditor’s office. The site is comprised of five parcels
The lot is 1.09 acres and the building is 2,767 square feet. In 2016, the site was valued at $269,200 by the Columbiana County Auditor’s office.
