Naffah Development Purchases Retail Plaza for $1.1M

BOARDMAN, Ohio – Naffah Development LLC of Canfield has purchased the Adamas Square plaza at 8381 Market St. for $1.1 million, according to records filed with the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.

Records show the plaza, constructed in 1990 by Compco Land Co., sits on 1.7 acres and is appraised at $1 million for tax purposes, according to the auditor’s office. The immediate previous owner is listed as CMG Group of Market Street LLC.

The building is home to several tenants, including Bruno Bros. Pizza, and is the headquarters of the Mahoning County Republican Party.

Principal Michal Naffah is the registered agent for Naffah Development, according to the Ohio Secretary of State’s office. Naffah and his related companies have spearheaded developments in Mahoning County, most notably the Ironwood Commons development off U.S. Route 224 near state Route 11 in Canfield.
