Needs to Head Salem Opportunity Development Center
Julie Needs has been named executive director of the Salem Area Sustainable Opportunity Development Center effective Feb. 6. She replaces Michael Mancuso who has resigned to accept a position in South Carolina. Needs, manager of the Salem branch of Home Savings Bank, is a native of New Galilee Pa., and a graduate of Beaver Falls High School and Clarion University. She serves on the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors as treasurer and is a member of the Salem Rotary.
