Neider Architecture Works on Big Projects

CANFIELD – A Neider Architecture’s focus in 2023 will include providing design services for redevelopment of two downtown Youngstown properties, principal/owner Annissa Neider says.

Work includes assisting with the conversion of the Mahoning National Bank Building into a mixed-use building that features retail, commercial and apartment living as well as repurposing the Silvers Building as a retail galleria, health care center and living space.

These projects show the firm’s expertise in historic renovation, says Neider.

The firm’s work in 2022 included Penguin City Brewery in Youngstown, Junior Fair Building addition at the Mahoning County Fairgrounds in Canfield and Garden Kettle Restaurant in Boardman.

In 2022, A Neider Architecture expanded its reach regionally with the addition of a Pennsylvania license. The firm also added two employees.

The firm obtained the Women Business Enterprise certification along with the Woman-Owned Small Business Certification awarded by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
